We want you to love everything you purchase from ban.do, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Pack It Up

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include any packing slips, and affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
